Privacy Policy — Agile Ideation

Scope. This policy applies to the self-hosted Postiz instance at https://social.agile-ideation.com, operated solely by me for managing my own social-media publishing across LinkedIn (Agile Ideation, Leadership Explored, and my personal profile), Bluesky, and other platforms I administer. The instance has no third-party users; it is not a SaaS product offered to the public.

Data we handle. OAuth tokens for the social-media accounts I personally own or administer; content I author for posting; engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach) on my own posts and Pages.

Data we do not handle. Data about other LinkedIn members or third parties; ad-campaign data; customer or client data; analytics about audiences I do not own.

Storage. OAuth tokens and post drafts are stored in self-managed PostgreSQL (Neon, US region). No third-party data processors beyond the social platforms whose APIs I integrate with.

Retention. Tokens are kept until I revoke OAuth or rotate credentials. Post drafts and history are retained indefinitely unless I delete them.

User rights. As the sole operator and only data subject of this instance, I exercise GDPR/CCPA rights by self-managing the infrastructure. If you believe content I have published violates your rights, contact edward.j.schaefer@gmail.com.

Updates. Substantive changes to this policy will increment the date above. Material changes will also be announced on the Agile Ideation LinkedIn Page.
